New pics!

My old college roommate is starting up a business and offered to take pictures of Ella. I love them!! She looks like a doll, but she projectile pooped and peed when we tried to do the nude photos...

A family picture at thanksgiving!

Best dog a girl could ask for!

Here he is the happiest, best dog ever! We recently had to put him down, hardest decision we have ever had to make, but his mind just wasn't there anymore. Miss you woodrow!

2 weeks!!

Ella hanging out in Justins arms with a cute little headband.. the first of many....

Cannot believe it has been two weeks already!

Everything has been going really well, she has somewhat of a schedule, I can sort of tell the differences between her cries. The newborn clothes are starting to fit a little more snug, we tell her thats a good thing though. And last night was the first sleepover at grandma and grandpa webers house. She had been a bit of a fuss button the last couple of nights, and then she goes to grandmas and sleeps 5 hrs, then another 4!! Amazing, we might be moving back in if she keeps that up! Ha!

But it has been an absolute treat getting to know and spend time with this little peanut, she is really starting to follow us around more and is awake quite a bit more during the day.

Rockstar!

An awfully big yawn for one tiny little girl!!

Gotta hold on to that bink with all 4 fingers!

Well we had our "2 week" check up today, it was the telltale sign if she was eating well, which she has but had she gained weight??? She amazed us all and had surpassed her birth weight in only 11 days!! She is now 8lbs 1 oz!! I am so proud of her!

Yesterday was my first full day at home alone, needless to say I was nervous sunday night but everything went just fine! She even seems to have some what of a schedule right now, the last two days she has stayed awake for a while after I feed her, and is really doing a very good job sleeping. Justin and I joke how its not really bed time for us just nap time. As we go to bed about 7-9 depending on her schedule!!

One of her feedings is about the time I used to get up to go to work, and now it seems so early and that is when I struggle the most to get up. Just makes you chuckle how much life changes in such a short amount of time.

She really is a very good baby, Justin and I are so blessed to have her in our lives!

Ella Margaret

She is here!! Born on 10/28/11 at 9:13 am. What an amazing little one, we cannot believe how much she has changed our lives already!!A little about the birth...

Contractions started thursday 10/27 only a few an hour, I went to work as usual with a mocha!! Around 1 they had increased to about 15 min apart. Did a few things around the house, and ran a few errands with justin and by the time the errands were done, i couldnt sit in the car anymore. They had intensified!!! By 9pm they were 5 min apart and at 10:17 we arrived at the hospital. (dont ask me how i remember 10:17, its very scattered of what i remember of that night.) At 3 or 4 am I was still only 4 cm, there was mention of drug some morphine so i could get some rest, but by the time the midwife brought in the drugs my contractions had intensified... bam 6cm!! So we couldn't use any drugs. then by about 7 am I was 8-9 cm. At 8am i was able to start pushing and by 9:13 am Ella was born!

It was such a feeling of relief to finally have her in my arms, and my big goal was to do it with out drugs and I did it! with the help of my wonderful husband I am sure his hand is still sore, and a wonderful bunch of nurses and midwives!
